§ 1 Scope & Purpose of the Platform

(1) These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts, registrations, and general use of the website SexAnzeigen24.de (hereinafter "Operator" or "Platform") by visitors, registered members, and advertisers.

(2) The Platform operates exclusively as a technical advertising directory. The Operator is never a contracting party in any agreement or service arranged between visitors and advertisers.

§ 2 Eligibility & Minimum Age Requirement (18+)

(1) Use of the Platform and creation of a user or advertiser account is strictly permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.

(2) The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration. The Operator reserves the right to request government-issued photo ID verification at any time.

§ 3 Compliance with Applicable German Laws (ProstSchG)

(1) Advertisers offering sexual services must possess the statutory official registration certificate pursuant to Section 3 of the German Prostitute Protection Act (ProstSchG), or a valid commercial permit for operating premises under Section 12 ProstSchG.

(2) Any advertisement by or involving minors is strictly forbidden and will be reported to law enforcement immediately.

§ 4 Prohibited Content & Zero-Tolerance Policies

The following types of content are prohibited on SexAnzeigen24 without exception:

• Depictions of minors or individuals appearing to be minors (§ 184b, § 184c German Criminal Code - StGB).
• Forced prostitution, human trafficking, violence, or exploitation of vulnerable situations (§ 232 StGB).
• Third-party images or videos without documented, verifiable written consent.
• Any offer violating the German Narcotics Act (BtMG) or pharmaceutical advertising statutes.

§ 5 Content Moderation & Advertisement Approval

Every ad submitted is checked by our moderation team before going live. The Operator reserves the right to reject, deactivate, or delete advertisements that violate statutory laws or platform guidelines.
